I am Isha - a mother and a wife :)

I immigrated to Canada with my husband and two cats in 2018.

Since childhood, I have always had a strong inclination towards arts. I
loved to create something with my own hands that is functional and can be used
in day to day life. However, my zillion insecurities never let me pursue
anything even closely related to art as a career.

I arrived to Canada with a dream – to let go my inhibitions and embrace what is meant for me. I have always had a full time job because being a first
generation immigrant is hard. After having a baby and seeing what happened to the world in pandemic, I realised that life is too short, and I would want my child to learn from me and pursue their dream without any insecurities or inhibitions.

At the age of 33, after contemplating for four years, I finally started
my pottery business. I am extremely thankful for having a very supportive
husband, a trusting brother and a few very encouraging friends who have helped me make this decision. I am a self-taught potter (mostly) and these ceramics are made in Ontario, Canada. Every piece is hand made and variations in colour and size are guaranteed. Here at Little Lily Pottery, we specialise in unique!
