Refunds
Since all products are handmade and require a lot of time and effort to be produced, we do not offer Refunds for any reasons whatsoever
Damages and issues
We take all efforts to ensure that the items are not damaged in transit. However, in case of an unfortunate incident, we would need a photograph of the damaged item within 3 days from the date of delivery. Please send the photograph to isha@littlelilypottery.com. We will send a replacement if the conditions for exchange are satisfied.Β
Since all pieces are handmade, no two pieces are exactly the same and theΒ actual item may differ slightly from photo. These issues will not be considered for replacements or exchanges.
