Do you ship to the USA?

Outside of Canada, I also ship to the USA, United Kingdom, India, and Australia

How much does your shipping cost?

I offer a few different options for you in terms of shipping.

For US and Canadian orders, I offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders OVER $150 CAD

For UK, India and Australia, I offer Tracked post service for a flat shipping rate of 65 CAD

When will you ship my order?

The processing time for your order is 7 business days from the date of purchase.

My order was damaged in transit, what should Ido?

I take utmost care while packing your order however, I understand that once in a while, there could be damaged product. If you received a product that was damaged in transit, please send me an email with its picture on isha@littlelilypottery.com
within 3 days of its arrival. I will then re-make and replace the product for you.

What is your refund and return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO CANCELLATIONS,
ALTERATIONS, OR REFUNDS.

Being a small handmade ceramic business, we operate on a tight budget and a tight schedule. I request you to consider your purchase before placing your order because we do not offer a refund or return.

How do I care for my piece?

My stoneware pottery is microwave and dishwasher safe however, we recommend hand-washing so that you can enjoy it for a long time.

I broke my piece, what should I do now?

Ceramic products are delicate and prone to breakage so please handle it carefully. We cannot replace that product.
